Hello Everyone ,This is the new edition from The Fourteen Balls toy Company it's called "Nostalgia"
This is the Largest automata for some time and has a long sequence and is somewhat complicated

It is designed and made dy me ( Matt Smith ) and the painting is done by me and also Sarah ( my wife ).
Everything including the labels and tv screen are all hand painted .
The Automata is made from various materials including Dogulas Fir for the box , Maple for the
furniture and mechanism , Black walnut for the televison and Lime wood for the man and dog.
Other materials are : Brass , stainless steel , bronze , Delrin and the string is Dynabraid .
It's a fairly big machine being 350 MM high , 220 mm wide and 110mm deep (14" x 9" x 4.5" ).
The mechanism has two clutches and various different gearing systems along with the usual
Cams , levers , pushrods and pulleys to produce a complex series of movements .
The Photos and the video are of the prototype , the finished version may have minor changes .
