The two fish fly gently along until they suddenly change direction, they do this a couple of times before resuming their original course. Using an unusual rack and pinion mechanism                     They are made of lime wood and brass with the box being made of walnut , the mechanism is constructed of various materials including brass, plywood, steel and Bronze.                                        Designed and made by Matt Smith the model is 260mm high 130mm wide and60mm deep.              The first edition of 30 were finished in April 2001.
