The Miser's Deathbed Was designed by Paul Spooner and Matt Smith and made by Matt Smith . There are 50 and they were finished in November 2000.                                                                  The butler has mistimed his search for the miser's gold , the miser has not quite drawn his last breath and sits up ; the butler just has enough time to close the chest .                                           The model is 170mm x 70mm x 160mm high and is made of the usual assortment of materials.
